Dry Slag Conveyor

Dry slag conveyor is used for the slag handling system for boilers. The bottom slag from boiler is cooled by Dry slag conveyor and then directly conveyed to slag silo. Dry slag conveyor and boiler bottom are fully sealed. Bottom slag falls onto the scale plates of the conveyor from the furnace through slag hopper and hydraulic cut-off gate. The whole conveyor is divided into upper and lower layers, driven by the variable frequency motor at head, the chain is used to drive the plates to convey the materials. Meanwhile, an automatic cleaning device and a tensioning device are provided. It is suitable for the work condition with large load.
